ungesagt

The exhibition ungesagt was on display at the Bodelshausen FORUM from September 27 to November 15, 2024 and was accompanied by a thematically matching reading on October 18. The works on display dealt with what is not said. The aim was to observe why and how communication fails or does not take place at all, as well as the consequences of failed or absent communication and how this impacts the people involved.
The exhibition consisted of several parts. In addition to surreal portraits of Cuculum, poems by Kathrina were also shown. There was also a first glimpse of the as yet unpublished graphic novel Zwei Türen im Gelben Wald, as well as the original of short stories in two dimensions (below). The latter work was created during the Comic Seminar Erlangen and consists of image and text fragments that can be read both in vertical and horizontal order.
